Katia and Pauline, supportive and committed entrepreneurs

Spread the love

Katia Marcellot et Pauline Guillot multiplient les actions de solidarité sur le territoire.

UNE MARRAINE, UNE FILLEULE Tout au long de l’année, Midi Libre met en lumière des femmes inspirantes et dynamiques.

“They call me 'the golden thread', I reread people who are worth their weight in gold!” smiles Katia Marcellot, graphic designer at Com'Une idée and founder of the Synergie @ttitude group, a network of business leaders that she created fifteen years ago. A former goddaughter of the Fil Rouge of Midi Libre, she is now a godmother. Driven by a deep sense of community, she also founded the association La synergie dans nos rues, organizing outreach for people in difficulty and willingly involving her entrepreneurs in clothing or food collections. “We can all do a small thing that changes things. Hashtag on donne rien”, she says, true to her motto.

Katia and Pauline Guillot, general manager of the company Enea Douane in Lattes, met two years ago, thanks to their children. Since then, they have been inseparable. “Pauline ticks all the boxes: she is approachable, human, always ready to help, in addition to being a talented entrepreneur in a very masculine field,” emphasizes Katia, admiringly.

“We are there for others”

After a fifteen-year career in logistics, Pauline founded Enea Douane, a structure dedicated to customs support for companies. Involved in Synergie @ttitude since her arrival in the region, she finds valuable support there. “This network breaks the loneliness of the manager. We exchange, we share, and it feels good,” she confides. Involved locally, Pauline also supports La synergie dans nos rues, financially and through collections. Her company is a partner of the BLMA basketball players and she is committed to the town hall of Lattes to support job seekers. “I like to network people, to build something that makes sense. We are only a small company, but we do our part.”

Through their initiatives and their complicity, Katia and Pauline embody a new vision of entrepreneurship: united, human and deeply committed to the transformation of society.
