DEMBÉLACKS SUCCESS!! Mendes finds him with a brilliant cross. The French winger is alone and takes a powerful half-volley that crashes against the bar. The Parisians continue to play clumsily in this PSG – PSV Eindhoven.

THAT WAS FAST! Zaïre-Emery makes a big difference in the middle, fixes and shifts Barcola. The latter finds Lee on the edge of the surface who takes it first intention. His shot is pushed back by Benitez.

21:16 – The good cross! (16')

Paris gave itself a scare on this move. Lang's diving cross goes between the Parisian defense and Donnarumma but no opponent can cut the trajectory.

21:15 – Dembélé cautious (15')

21:14 – Mendes hooked (14')

The Portuguese full-back had left quickly on the counter but Bakayoko commits a foul which prevents the Parisians from going quickly in transition.

Pacho finds Barcola in depth who controls before shooting with the flat of his foot but his attempt fails just wide of the opponent's goal.

21:03 – Pacho vigilant (3')

The Parisian defender is well placed to push back the center at the near post of Til. There are spaces in this beginning of PSG – PSV Eindhoven.

Hakimi hesitates too much!! He is alone in the box, manages to eliminate an opponent with a feint but never makes the decision to shoot. He then commits a handball.

Glenn Nyberg kicks off this PSG – PSV Eindhoven match! Almost a must-win for the Parisians after their setbacks against Arsenal in the previous Champions League match.

20:56 – The atmosphere is heating up!

Less than five minutes before kick-off for this PSG – PSV Eindhoven match and the two teams return to the Parc des Princes pitch to play this Champions League match.

20:49 – A first clash

This PSG – PSV Eindhoven will simply be the first in history. These two teams have never faced each other and will therefore be able to do so tonight on the occasion of the third day of the Champions League.

20:42 – The fragile PSV

If the Parisians are skillful in front of the cages at home in the Champions League, the last trips of the Dutch in this competition are worrying in terms of defense. PSV Eindhoven have always conceded at least one goal in their last 11 European away matches.

20:35 – The immense Parisian series at the Parc

In the Champions League, the Parisians are maintaining a rather impressive streak. Indeed, at the Parc des Princes, PSG remains on a single defeat in the last 37 group stage/league matches of the Champions League. They have also always scored at least one goal in the last 26 matches in their home ground and in this competition.

20:28 – PSG warns its supporters

Parisian supporters made themselves known in the wrong way during PSG's victory over Strasbourg this weekend (4-2). The supporters launched the Classic against OM which will take place next weekend with homophobic chants. The club therefore took the lead before this PSG – PSV Eindhoven by reminding that it would not tolerate any excesses of this kind. “These chants, like any chant of a discriminatory nature, also have sporting consequences on the holding of a match. The latter could be stopped, both by the institutions and by the club itself, or even declared lost. This risk does not only hang over the evening's match, but over all the matches played by the club”, we can read in the press release.

20:21 – Two teams in form in the Championship

This PSG – PSV Eindhoven will take place while both teams are in exceptional form at the national level. The Parisians are undefeated after eight days with six wins and two draws while the Dutch are even stronger with nine out of nine in the Eredivisie.

20:14 – The situation in the standings

After two days played in this Champions League, PSG occupies 19th place after winning one match and losing one. PSV is in a more difficult situation with a small point taken and the 24th position. This PSG – PSV Eindhoven could therefore already constitute a turning point for the rest of the competition.

We know the two starting eleven of this PSG – PSV Eindhoven! On the Parisian side, Luis Enrique preferred Lee to Kolo Muani despite the return of the French international. No surprise in the rest of the composition except for the presence of Ruiz who was Vitinha's favourite. PSG's XI: Donnarumma – Hakimi, Marquinhos, Pacho, N. Mendes – Ruiz, Zaïre-Emery, J. Neves – Dembélé, Lee, Barcola.

Opposite, Peter Bosz cannot count on Schouten in midfield and has chosen Till to replace him. PSV XI: Benitez – Dams, Flamingo, Boscagli, Junior – Tillman, Til, Saibari – Bakayoko, De Jong, Lang.

Welcome everyone to the Internet site to follow live commentary on this PSG – PSV Eindhoven which counts for the third day of the Champions League.
