presumed pledges of a VTC driver &agrav; Marseille, a 14-year-old teenager, was placed in pre-trial detention. The alleged mastermind, meanwhile, joined the prison of 'Aix-Luynes.
On the night of Thursday 3 to Friday 4 October, a man was shot dead in Marseille. He was found dead in his car, with a wound on the back of his skull. The victim was identified as Nessim Ramdane, a 36-year-old father, VTC driver and amateur footballer known in the region. He is a collateral victim of violence linked to drug trafficking. According to the public prosecutor Nicolas Bessone, the alleged murderer is 14 years old. His victim is the second to die as part of a large mechanism of “revenge” linked to drug trafficking.
It all started on Wednesday evening. Two 15-year-olds recruited for 2,000 euros on social networks by the 23-year-old prisoner were tasked with setting fire to the door of a competitor's apartment to intimidate him. One of them was killed by a gang present on site in extremely violent circumstances: he received around fifty stab wounds and was “burned alive” according to the latest elements of the investigation, relayed by franceinfo.
The second has now been arrested and placed under judicial control with an obligation to reside in a closed educational center far from Marseille (Bouches-du-Rhône).
In revenge, the alleged instigator of the operation, the 23-year-old prisoner, once again recruits another 14-year-old youth from Vaucluse on the networks to kill a member of the opposing gang for 50,000 euros. It is there that the young 14-year-old hitman kills Nessim Ramdane, a 36-year-old father and VTC driver. However, this man had no connection with the case.
200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000Left to board the VTC to commit his crime, the teenager is said to have asked the driver to wait for him during the trip. But the driver is said to have refused. The minor, furious that his driver was not waiting for him, is said to have shot him in the head with a 357 Magnum pistol.
This revenge killing therefore resulted in the death of a person who was completely unrelated to drug trafficking. The teenager admitted to shooting the driver but said it was an accidental shooting. He was “shot in cold blood”, which is “a new development” and an “additional level” of violence, deplored the prosecutor Nicolas Bessone.
The incident took place around 4:30 a.m. on Friday, October 4, on Rue Léon Gozlan, in the Saint-Lazare district, in the 3rd arrondissement, reports France 3 Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur. A car crashed into the wall of a primary school. Emergency services were notified and arrived on the scene to discover the victim, whose circumstances of death were “incompatible with an accident”. A 9 mm bullet was found at his side.
The young alleged assassin, after killing the driver, allegedly called the alleged instigator to "ask him to send a car to exfiltrate him". Instead, the prisoner dialed 17 to report the teenager. "We've never seen anything like it. I have been in Marseille for 23 years, I have never seen “that”, reacted Rudy Manna, national spokesperson for the Alliance Police union and former departmental secretary of Bouches-du-Rhône, to France 3 on Saturday. “Why [denounce]” ? It is a real question that we ask ourselves. Maybe to scare people. To say “that's it” what can happen to you if you don't do the right thing”. The reasons why the alleged instigator chose to denounce the suspect remain unclear.
The 23-year-old man, incarcerated at Aix-Luynes prison, admitted to being the instigator of the murder. He claims to be a member of the DZ mafia, one of the main gangs involved in drug trafficking in Marseille, details Le Parisien.
