MHR – Ospreys: Simmonds and Hogg back, first start for Moorby, discover the match line-ups

Joan Caudullo and the Montpellier staff lined up a hybrid team to face the Ospreys this Saturday, December 14, a match counting for the 2nd day of the Challenge.

The teams

MONTPELLIER : Moorby – Moustin, Darmon, Vincent, Tambwe – (o) Hogg, (m) Coly – Nouchi, Simmonds, Martins – Duguid, Van Rensburg – Japaridze, Uelese, Erdocio.

Several executives return to the MHR for this second day of the Challenge, in which Montpellier welcomes the Welsh Ospreys. Stuart Hogg and Sam Simmonds, who have been out for several weeks due to injuries, are making their return. Lenni Nouchi, on vacation last week, will also be a starter.

“I still want to see some players”, said Joan Caudullo, the MHR manager. Nicolas Martins in the third row, hooker Liam Akrab and fly-half Aurélien Barreau all have a second match sheet.

New Zealand full-back Joshua Moorby, substitute against Pau and Bordeaux-Bègles, will play his first match as a starter at the back.
