“Continuing to make people laugh is my holy grail!” affirms Michèle Bernier in an interview for Nous Deux. The comedian also returned to childhood memories. “When I was 6, every Saturday night, my parents went to a nightclub and they took me. I slept on the benches and we left at 5 in the morning. It was another life.” Michèle Bernier never complained.
“&At the time, we didn't ask ourselves the question of whether it was good for a child or not. But I never took it as a lack of love. It was fun to attend big kids' parties.” she qualifies. “I didn't raise my children like that at all (laughs). Thirty years later, things had already changed. (…) It must be said that at that time, only the bourgeoisie could afford to pay a nanny. We dragged the children everywhere, it wasn't a shocker.”

“A few months ago, you told us thata marriage proposal wouldn't displease you. Since then, has love knocked on your door ?“ then asked We Two. Answer ? “No, not yet! We'll hope, we don't know. We'll see in 2025.” The comedian still has a heart to take. Has she found love at New Year ? “I won't have time to organize it this year. I'll find a small glass of champagne lying around somewhere.” she jokes.
The comedian also confided in her end-of-year celebrations with her family. “We spent Christmas &in the countryside with all my cousins who came from the south of France. The table was huge and we were jumping at the idea of getting together to play board games, good meals, walks in nature. For New Year's Day, I'll decide at the last minute.”
The comedian recalls his memories
Diving back into the festivities brings back memories for the actress. “My parents had brought in an extra the campaign to help my mother because there were so many of us. This young man, we should never have disappointed him: 'If you're thirsty, help yourself.' He was dead drunk after two hours. He was no longer good for anything and only thought about flirting with my cousins. This was memorable.” Michèle Bernier laughs.
Her new wishes in 2025 ? “I think the world has never been very simple, but humanity is still quite strong. We make children, we believe in it, we want to love, to be loved. Needing feelings and living them, taking care of our loved ones, is what helps us and gives us heart every day. Life is a gift, and we must continue to open the little packages that are offered to us.”
