Millau Grands Causses: the distribution of yellow and orange bags or shopping bags has been launched

La distribution va se poursuivre jusqu’au 24 janvier.

Com’com organizes the annual distribution of yellow and orange bags or shopping bags for individuals and professionals in Millau at the Salle de la Menuiserie, rue de la Menuiserie in Millau:

• from Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 January 2025: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000

• on Saturday 18 January 2025: from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

• from Monday 20 to Friday 24 January 2025: from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:30

Users are asked to present proof of address (electricity bill, telephone bill, rent receipt, etc.);

The yellow bags/shopping bags

Depending on the residential area and the types of containers available in the neighborhood, users will be given yellow bags or a reusable yellow shopping bag. For users with a damaged shopping bag, simply bring it back to exchange it for a new bag.

Orange bags and bio-buckets

For users with a bio-bucket, it is possible to come and collect rolls of orange bags. For people who have not yet equipped themselves with a bio-bucket or for new arrivals, bio-buckets and rolls of bags will be available. As a reminder, Com’com no longer distributes black bags.

Christmas tree collection

From Monday 6 to Wednesday 15 January 2025, the Communauté de communes Millau Grands Causses and the City of Millau are also providing 6 drop-off points for Christmas trees:

• Place Bion Marlavagne (near the dog park)
• Boulevard de Bonald (opposite the butcher's shop)
• Place Emma Calvé (near the underground containers)
• Boulevard de la Capelle (opposite the leather goods)
• Boulevard Gambetta (opposite Foyer Capelle)
• Boulevard de l’Ayrolle (near the containers Bd de l’Ayrolle/rue Droite)

Christmas decorations and synthetic trees are prohibited. Collection will be done twice a day by Com’com agents. Residents living outside the area will have to drop off their trees at the recycling center.
