She has been enjoying her victory for a little less than a month. On Saturday, December 14, Angélique Angarni-Filopon became Miss France 2025 at the Arena-Futuroscope in Poitiers. Since then, the daily life of the woman who was Miss Martinique 2024 has been turned upside down. She has been appearing on television and radio shows a lot.
On Wednesday, January 8, the 34-year-old went to Sud Radio. She was welcomed by Gilles Ganzmann and Valérie Lexpert to talk about her new life. During her interview, Angélique Angarni-Filopon was however faced with a delicate question.

The journalists from Sud Radio took advantage of the current events to ask her about freedom of expression. “Are you Charlie ?” Gilles Ganzmann first asked her.
Visibly taken aback by the question, Angélique Angarni-Filopon hesitated for a few seconds before finally answering: “I don’t have an opinion”. However, her answer did not convince the journalist who asked her again with a different wording. “Do you think that in France, we have the right to blaspheme ?” he asked. A question that was this time met with silence from the beauty queen.
After a new reminder from journalists, Angélique Angarni-Filopon indicated that she did not want to “comment” on the subject. Gilles Ganzmann then deplored his reaction by stating: “It would have been cool to say yes”. A sentence to which the flight attendant responded more frankly with: “No”.
While the Sud Radio journalists then moved on to another subject, the sequence was quickly relayed on social networks. Some Internet users thus described his response as “shame” or deplored his “level of argumentation”. Others, however, came to his defense, saying that the question was an “ambush” on the part of journalists. Enough to create controversy.
