The My Incredible Buyer project, dedicated to the transfer and takeover of businesses in the region, and supported by the Auxilia Conseil association and the Cœur de Lozère community of communes, was launched on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

This project is a continuation of My City Center has an Incredible Business (MCVAIC) organized in Mende in 2019 by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Lozère and, in 2022, by the Cœur de Lozère community of communes.

Twelve candidates in 2022

Élizabeth Minet-Treneule, community representative, took the opportunity to give a quick overview of this program. For the Mon Incroyable Repreneur project, it will be a question of “working in the same state of mind. The theme addressed is different, but the format is essentially the same.”

For MCVAIC, twelve candidates had presented themselves in 2022, and around thirty partners had responded. Nine of these twelve candidates had finally settled, such as Beurre Noisette, Suzette et Thé Ô, La Pause Gour’Mende, Les P’tits Papiers…

Presence of coaches

The elected official also mentioned “the development of activities such as the rental of electric VTCs by the Lozérienne Mobility Agency or the Zero Waste workshops by Mu et ses pots”.

She emphasized the points that the candidates had particularly appreciated: “The presence of the coaches and the support provided on the day of the event, the expert advice tailored to each activity, the rotation of coaches to allow candidates to have multiple meetings during a limited time and the large number of grants that made it easier to bring the projects to fruition.”

€18,000 in prizes

In total, €18,000 in prizes were offered by local authorities, the trade office, consular chambers, public bodies, banks, insurance companies and even chartered accountants.

“This whole ecosystem that is favorable to the installation or development of activities in the territory and all this emulation of ideas, skills and sharing of experiences are what we will continue with the Mon incroyable repreneur project”, concluded Élizabeth Minet-Treneule.
