Vincent Marcel, Issam Bouaoune et Marwane Hermach ont été les acteurs heureux et malheureux de la défaite nîmoise vendredi face à Nancy (1-2).

Marcel sous la menace

Vincent Marcel received his fourth warning of the season against Nancy on Friday 10 January (1-2). Against Nancy (1-2), Friday, Issam Bouaoune delivered his fourth assist of the season. The first for a player other than Abdeldjelil. This time, it was Vincent Marcel who benefited from the 21-year-old attacking midfielder's offering.

Bouaoune is now one of the best passers in the National: he is on the third step of the podium, behind Benhattab (Aubagne, 6) and Sidibé (Nancy, 5), tied with Kielt (Concarneau), Epailly (Boulogne) and Vercruysse (Boulogne).

Hermach, double first

Coming into play eleven minutes from the final, Marwane Hermach, brother of the Croco coach, made his first appearance in the National on Friday against Nancy. He is the 28th player used in the Championship since the start of the season.

This first appearance was marked by a… first expulsion since the 19-year-old midfielder received a straight red card following a tackle that was too hard on Cissé in added time (90th + 1).

This is the second Nîmes player to be sent off this season after Abdeldjelil, who was forced to leave the pitch, also in added time, after two warnings at Bourg-Péronnas (11th matchday, 2-1 defeat). Reminder: the red card given to Camara in the 90th + 2 against Sochaux (8th matchday, 1-1) was finally withdrawn from the crocodile striker.

Counter (finally) unlocked! Vincent Marcel scored his first goal of the season against Nancy. The former Orléanais, who also provided an assist (for Ali Abdallah against Versailles, 1-0, 6th day), is the fifth Croco to find the back of the net in the Championship after Abdelldjelil (6), Camara (2), Ali Abdallah (1) and Picouleau (1).

In the last quarter of an hour, it gets stuck

On Friday, Dabasse, who had come on twenty minutes earlier, scored Nancy's winning goal in the 86th minute (Lorraine's 7th goal out of 23 scored by a substitute, more than any other team). Since the start of the Championship, this is the fifth goal – and the fourth at home – conceded in the last quarter of an hour by the Crocodiles, or 33.33% of the total.

It is in the second half that Nîmes is the most vulnerable, with 10 goals conceded out of 15 (66.66% of the total).

Another sick player
