Since their launch, AirTags have become an essential accessory for travelers. Indeed, in the event of lost luggage, Apple's location system can help you know the precise location of it. And thanks to a collaboration between Apple and airlines, tracking luggage will be even easier for users of AirTags or other Bluetooth tags compatible with Apple's Find My network.
Recently, the media has been talking about a new feature, present in the beta version of iOS 18.2, which allows you to share the location of a lost AirTag with a trusted third party or with an airline. And this week, the Cupertino company says more via a press release. On the Find My app, it will be possible to generate a link that will allow you to share the location of a lost AirTag (or other compatible tag) with another person, so that they can help you in your search.
