IN BRIEF

  • Cyril Hanouna speaks on January 6 about the future of his éshow after the announcement of the closure of C8 on February 27.
  • He denies rumors of a move to Europe 2 and plans to continue TPMP on CStar between 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
  • TPMP's future could be drawn on CStar, a serious but still a possibility the study, according to Cyril Hanouna.

Cyril Hanouna will he soon say his final farewells to his viewers ? As soon as the announcement of the end of the C8 channel was made, the first thought was for the host and his emblematic show Touche pas à my post . After several months of rumors, it was Cyril Hanouna who wanted to speak out this Monday, January 6. On the occasion of the start of the school year and only a few weeks before the end of the program, he was transparent with viewers. Concerning the many rumors, there is in particular the possibility that he will arrive on the airwaves of Europe 2 .But will he really do it ?

Cyril Hanouna read an article in which information is given. He thus returns to the fact that, if it were broadcast on the antenna of Europe 2 , it would be in the morning between 7am and 10am. “Europe 1, çit is not moving. 4:18 p.m., until June”, he said. And regarding Europe 2, he specifies: “It's Benjamin Castaldi who does the morning show. For the moment, he goes as far as the end of the season” before adding: “I wouldn't go on Europe 2. I wouldn't do the morning then the afternoon”. A hypothesis that, according to him, is “not on the agenda”.

Cyril Hanouna: what future for the program ?

Cyril Hanouna wanted to reassure his loyal viewers. If this decision was brutal for him and his teams, he specifies that he has no intention of leaving. “Concerning television, the C8 channel has negotiated an agreement”, has it launched before explaining:  “That is to say a charter that says what the channel can or cannot do. On February 27, the C8 channel will close since the Council of State confirmed the decision of Arcom. However, the host has good news.

Cyril Hanouna explains that, in the Star convention, it is indicated that it is “possible to do a TPMP-type talk show between 6 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.”. This would therefore allow &agrave the host and his columnists to offer the emblematic program on this channel. “The convention allows it, so we will work on it. There are other possibilities but this one exists. We are currently studying it and it is serious”, confides Cyril Hanouna who seems to be quite confident.

Cyril Hanouna: the host soon on CStar ?

Will the Star channel be the one that gives a future to Don't touch my post ? To date, Cyril Hanouna indicates that this is a very serious lead. “I will tell you in the coming days what will happen”, he continued before adding:  “This track is the most advanced with the teams but for the moment, nothing is done or sure”. However, the host does not lose hope since it is possible to make a show similar to his on this channel. Will loyal viewers find their favorite host on CStar ?
