Launched in 2022 after more than ten years of waiting, the Vibes Resort construction site, a luxury tourism real estate program led by the Béziers developer Angelotti, in partnership with AJ Promotion, is running at full speed. We remember that last February, the liquidation of one of the companies involved in the project delayed the progress of a construction site by a few weeks, which resumed its normal course in the spring, with the arrival of a new company for the structural work. So much so that today, we are being told that the building will be delivered “at the end of March 2026.”
Launched just before the Covid episode, the marketing ultimately benefited from the interest of a French clientele always quick to invest in property, even if the foreign clientele – dozens of nationalities regularly visit the naturist village – was quite targeted at the launch. “Above all, since people saw the building come out of the ground, contacts and reservations have accelerated”, confirms Roch Angelotti, the group's general manager. At this stage of the project, “48% of the lots have been sold or are about to be sold”, they are assured by the sales department. “And the more work on the residence progresses, the more potential clients will show interest.”
Candidates to exploit the “rooftop”
Don't doubt it, the clientele is anything but ordinary. The price – from almost €300,000 for a one-room apartment to over a million euros for a four-room apartment – is in line with the services offered, which does not necessarily put off investors looking for properties that are also out of the ordinary, especially in a neighborhood where high-end seasonal rentals are very popular. The cherry on the cake is that the entertainment component of the residence is also included in the package. With a lounge bar on the top floor, the management of which will be awarded at the beginning of 2025. “We are studying several applications that could meet our specifications”, continues Roch Angelotti. Namely, ensuring a warm atmosphere at reasonable hours, without disturbing the tranquility and discretion of the place.
