TF1 is breaking its program schedule and will broadcast Les Bronzés this Sunday to pay tribute to Michel Blanc. Here is the synopsis of the film proposed by our colleagues d’Allociné :
A group of twenty people arrive exhausted at a club located in Africa to spend a few days of rest. And they are determined to make the most of their vacation. This is how we will follow the tragicomic adventures of the angry Nathalie, Gigi, self-confident Jerôme, Christiane, the unlucky Jean-Claude, and of course those of the G.O (kind organizers). New encounters, temporary liaisons, small and large dramas will be on the program…
We Here we are set ten years after the events of the first film. Rick (Brendan Fraser) and Evelyn (Rachel Weisz) O'Connell have settled in 1935 London and are raising their son there. They now aspire to a peaceful life, but that was without counting on the resurrection of the mummy of 'Imhotep (Arnold Vosloo). The couple then embarks on a crucial race against time in order to save the world from this formidable threat.
Even though the criticisms have been quite mixed when this feature film was released in 2001, it is nonetheless entertaining with some particularly striking scenes that we will let you discover.
Here is the synopsis proposed by MGM:
Liam Neeson and Jessica Lange take on evil landowners in the breathtaking landscapes of the majestic Scottish Highlands in this thrilling adventure of courage, love and ;honor without compromise.
You have to see this film by Michael Caton-Jones, which ticks all the boxes when it comes to historical and romantic feature films.
That's all for this week. Note that if these three films are not to your taste, there will be other feature films this Sunday evening on TNT, including Tout s'est bien passé (France 2, 9:10 p.m.), La nouvelle guerre des boutons (TF1 Séries-Films, 9 p.m.), and Les Crevettes Pailletées (W9, 9:10 p.m.). You can also catch up on last week's gems in replay by rereading our previous article here.
