Are you in front of your TV and wandering around looking for a film to watch alone, with family or friends? No need to exhaust yourself, we've gone through the program to find 3 cool films to enjoy to end the week in style.

Venom 2: Let There Be Carnage (TF1, 9:10 p.m.)

This superhero film released in 2021 is by Andy Serkis, who for once went behind the camera. We follow the adventures of journalist Eddie Brock (Tom Hardy) who must share his body with a symbiote called Venom. This extraterrestrial creature gives it many powers and real power, but at the same time, it does as it pleases, enough to reserve some funny scenes on screen.

From the Admittedly by the public, this sequel to the first part is not as successful, but it remains no less entertaining. Especially thanks to the introduction of the villain Carnage that we let you discover.

La Sanction (Arte, 9 p.m.)

This feature film, released in 1975, is directed by Clint Eastwood. Note that the latter also embodies the main role of this fiction. We follow the story of Jonathan Hemlock, an eminent academic, who is also a hitman working for a rather dubious government agency.

He is about to quit, but then he is offered one last mission that he cannot refuse: assassinate two men who killed an agent in Zurich. As you can imagine, things don't go as planned. We'll let you discover the rest of this gripping thriller. A relatively little-known work by the filmmaker, which nonetheless deserves a detour.

The City of Fear (W9, 9:05 p.m.)

It's a great classic of French cinema by Alain Berbérian which is brought to us by W9 this evening. Released in 1994, this comedy brings together the trio of Dummies on screen. The pitch is simple, but perfectly justifies what comes next. During the Cannes Film Festival, a serial killer sows panic on site.

The opportunity for this line-up of well-known actors to delight us with numerous well-felt punchlines, various gags and even jokes. perform a song that has since become legendary: La Carioca.

That's all for this week. Note, if these three films are not to your taste, that there will be other feature films this evening on TNT, and in particular Boîte Noire (France 2), Le Old Rifle (C8), or even You have a mess@ge (6ter).
