During the flight, a flight attendant was violently assaulted by a passenger who grabbed her hair. The captain decided to land in Toulouse as a safety measure, according to La Dépêche du Midi.

Who is the passenger ?

A 25 year old Spanish woman years old was arrested as she got off the plane by the police. An investigation into obstruction of air navigation has been opened, our colleagues report.

According to the Chicago Convention, a passenger is considered disruptive when he “fails to comply with the rules of conduct at an airport or on board an aircraft, or who fails to follow the instructions of airport personnel or crew members, thereby disrupting good order and discipline at the airport or on board the aircraft.”
