The cadets of Cochonnet Canaulois won the final of the National Youth Circuit. The culmination of an exceptional season.
“A perfect run!” Coach Thierry Comes summed up the performance of Adel Meziri-Volkmann, Sami Rahali-Comes and Jérémy Part well. Just before Christmas, at the Bans – Mont-sous-Vaudrey bowling alley (Jura), the Gard cadets masterfully won the final of the National Youth Circuit in their category.

Placed in a group that was not easy to negotiate, the little aces of Cochonnet Canaulois inflicted a 13-3 on the team of Moselle Nuno Ambroise, dominated 13-5 that of Haut-Savoyard Adolphe Martins and stunned 13-1 the team of Drômois Preston Giraud.
Solidity and perfect osmosis
Three victories for a team relying on the surgical address of Meziri-Volkmann, the complete game of Rahali-Comes and the full support of wisdom and serenity of Part. A solid trio of friends in perfect harmony.
In the semi-finals, they concede a 6-point royal but don't tremble
In the semi-finals, against a team made up of Killian Bedjou (Moselle), Léo Parraud (Haute-Savoie) and Lohan Ortega (Tarn), the Gardois, who were leading 9-4, conceded a 6-point royal (9-10). Not enough to make them tremble. They immediately got back on track, moving ahead on the next throw (12-10) and then delivering the final blow (13-11).
13-8 victory in the final
In the final, for the title, the Gardois trio, the only one with three players from the same department, found Nuno Ambroise, Kimberley Bousch (Rhône) and Marine Chazalon (Bouches-du-Rhône). They doubled the lead, winning 13-8. “We knew we would have to play all the balls, says Jérémy Part. Trailing 7-8, we hit six times and scored four points and finished on the next end.”
The last among the cadets of Meziri-Volkman
This consecration on the National Youth Circuit is the apotheosis of an exceptional season for the Canaulois, with only one downside, the elimination in the 8th finals of the French championship. It was also the last in cadet for Meziri-Volkman, followed by the DTN and who closed his performance with a strike and a pile for the win in the semi-final and in the final, high points before his departure to Palavas (Hérault) in 2025.
The minimes Robin Buisson and Dorian Barrière seventh out of eight
In the minimes category, the Gardois Robin Buisson and Dorian Barrière, associated with the Aveyronnais Robert Vayssettes, lost their three group games (8-13, 11-13, 8-13) and saved the honor with a classification victory (13-1) for a seventh final place out of eight.
