IN BRIEF
- Already indicted for rape and sexual assault, Philippe Caubère is in turmoil
- Two women have agreed to break the silence on what the actor allegedly did to them
- Particularly terrifying accusations
In February 2024, Philippe Caubère, aged 74, was indicted for sexual assault, rape and corruption of a minor. But also for sexual assault on an adult, for acts that allegedly occurred between 2010 and 2022. Placed under judicial supervision with a ban on exercising any activity with minors and the strict prohibition of entering into contact with the alleged victims, the director is the subject of a chilling portrait in the columns of Libération, in which two women come out of silence.
Agathe Pujol, a great admirer of the actor, was 17 years old when she sent a letter to him to share her admiration. In 2010, they met for the first time without anything happening.

Happy to meet her idol, Agathe Pujol went back to see the actor. But there, the actor allegedly served her several glasses of alcohol and began à touch the young woman. Seeing her again another time, he allegedly “penetrated her with his fingers and performed cunnilingus on her”. Agathe Pujol thus accuses Philippe Caubère of rape and sexual assault, from his 17 à her 29 years, but also of having “raped”by other men recruited on dating sites.
The actor, who denies the facts and who remains presumed innocent, then allegedly asked her to completely remove all of her pubic hair. She “says he pays for the beautician when she can't pay. He also can't stand wearing a condom,” it is written. “He said it was impossible for him to ‘fuck with a trash bag on his dick”, says Agathe Pujol.
Abominable accusations
Women who break the silence in Libération describe the same practices. Philippe Caubère would have imposed surprise penetrations on them. Agathe Pujol says that he “screams” that the “frustration is too great” and he “forces sodomy” while waiting to be able to “deflower”. Pauline Darcel, who also accuses him of rape, describes penetrations with “dildos”.
During a psychological assessment, Philippe Caubère admitted having had sexual relations with two of the complainants. “I have a big problem with the question of age which has been multiplied through the game of life, I play the child, the adolescent and the adult”, he will indicate.
