It was RTL that made a revelation about Pierre Palmade and his detention. Indeed, the radio station explained that an internal administrative investigation was opened this Friday, January 17, following an incident. At the beginning of the week, while he was at Bordeaux-Gradignan prison, where he has been serving his sentence since December 9, Pierre Palmade was very afraid for his safety.

Indeed, at the end of the afternoon, a prison guard entered the establishment where the comedian was placed in plain clothes, in order to visit the building. Pierre Palmade was immediately worried when he saw this plain clothes officer whom he did not know.

Face &agrave this fear, the comedian immediately informed his family by telephone. Laurent Valdiguié, investigative journalist at Marianne, spoke about this subject on the set of the show C l’hebdo this Saturday, January 18, broadcast on France 5.

He explained : “Pierre Palmad that same evening, he was worried about it by calling his family. He was disturbed by this visit from a guard he did not know. This worried him because since he has been in prison, he has been in a routine (…) As he complained on the phone, this triggered a “The comedian could finish serving his sentence at home

The comedian was sentenced to five years in prison, including two years in prison, on November 20, after being found responsible and guilty of the serious road accident he had caused in February 2023. A pregnant woman lost her baby after the accident, and two other people were seriously injured.

He was thus imprisoned on December 9 at the Bordeaux-Gradignan prison, but was placed in an isolated area. RTL journalists also explained on January 9th, the actor would rarely leave his cell and would also refuse to participate in the walk, considered too “sordid”. In addition, he will be able to request a sentence adjustment as early as April in order to complete his sentence at home, while being monitored by means of an electronic bracelet.
