Les élèves de bac pro esthétique.
Voltaire High School is a high school, according to the students themselves, where you feel good. Whatever application they have chosen, they do everything they can to succeed. As in the other sections, the high school girls preparing for a professional baccalaureate in aesthetics-cosmetics-perfumery are an example of this. Several times a year, they provide care to the visually impaired as part of a partnership with Aramav, a visual rehabilitation clinic located in the L’Alouette district.

The students benefit from the practice while becoming aware of the situation of disability, and the visually impaired have access to well-being allowing them to have self-esteem. We must thank the Amicale des anciens de l'Aramav who made a donation allowing forty people to benefit from this experience in 2025, knowing that our structure welcomes them on a temporary stay, from two to six months”.
Emmanuel Guérard, headmaster of the Voltaire high school for a few months, welcomes the initiative which reveals the state of mind in which the various courses and learning take place: “It is a magnificent establishment, endearing, within which the school climate is serene. The attitude of these students is the perfect example, they take care of others with empathy, in a calm manner. They are aware that taking care of others also means taking care of oneself. They reinvest their learning with an audience from outside in a wonderful way.”
And who better than Sylvie Alcaraz, professor of aesthetics who leads the project, to talk about her learners: “They have the will, we feel the passion for the profession that is starting to dominate them and the merit, because this care is done in specific conditions. They must adapt to the light, to the ergonomic side which is different and, also, to another way of listening because they must be able to hear certain things, sometimes confidences. They are excellent students.”
Sessions are open to outside customers. Lycée Voltaire, 399, rue Bellini, Tel. 04 66 28 76 76.
