Frenchman Kylian Mbappé continues his legal saga with the capital club and PSG could lose big if the facts are proven.
Frenchman Kylian Mbappé has launched the second phase of the legal tab in his dispute with his former club to claim the 55 million euros unpaid by PSG. Without news from the club, the Frenchman has contacted the legal committee of the Professional Football League (LFP) and UEFA according to Le Monde. This amount includes the final third of a bonus the signing (36 million euros gross) that the player was supposed to receive in February, the last three months of salary provided for in his contract (April, May, June), as well as an “ethical bonus” for these three months as well. This legal action comes after the player served a formal notice on the club a few months ago.

The club continues to respectfully engage on the subject."
If the situation does not evolve once again, the Real Madrid striker could take the matter to the industrial tribunal. And if, really only if, the accusations prove to be founded, PSG risks heavy sanctions with a recruitment ban and a challenge to its UEFA club license, a certificate which confirms that a club meets the minimum criteria to access competitions and necessary to play an official match organized by the body.
