PSG 4: 2

Strasbourg Live

Despite the turnover made by Luis Enrique, PSG imposed itself authoritatively against a disappointing Strasbourg team (4-2). Rosenior's men, tenacious at the start of the game, gradually sank as the match progressed. Author of a nice performance, Mayulu (18) unblocked the counters by scoring his first professional goal. It was in the second half that things got wild for the Parisians with a goal from the restart by Asensio to give the capital club a two-goal lead. A few minutes after an action wasted by Mayulu in front of goal, Mara (58) revived RCSA's hopes from close range. At 2-1, Paris put in more, in the wake of an elusive Barcola (66) who scored the 3rd Parisian goal at the end of a personal festival. At the end of the game, Lee (90) added his stone to the building by making the score a little worse with a precise flat foot. A minute later, Diong (90+1) saved RCSA's honour by scoring his team's second goal tonight. Just before a schedule that is getting much tougher, Paris delivers an exciting performance, enough to give confidence to Luis Enrique's men.

23:06 – One point in the general classification

PSG therefore takes the lead in the championship again thanks to a favorable goal difference (20 points). Strasbourg is in 7th place (10 points).

PSG won against Strasbourg (4-2) after a fast-paced and unbridled match. A victory that allowed the Parisians to regain first place overall.

22:58 – Yellow for Skriniar (90+7’)

Skriniar overdid it a bit with his intervention on Moreira. RCSA will benefit from an off-center free kick, which comes to nothing.

22:57 – Zaïre-Emery offers himself (90+4’)

The Parisian full-back, very active this evening, is still offensive by offering himself to receive a cross. It's a bit short.

22:56 – 7 minutes of additional time (90’)

The assistant referee indicates 7 minutes of additional time at the end of the game.

A completely wild end to the match at the Parc des Princes with Diong reducing the score, just a few minutes after the fourth Parisian goal. He came to make the difference on a corner, at the far post.

The South Korean scored his goal at the end of the match to allow PSG to lead by a wide margin, 4-1! He had benefited from from a precise pass from Joao Neves.

22:46 – Skriniar as defensive rock (85th)

Nanasi and Moreira combine on the left to bring the ball up. Faced with a solid Skriniar on the edge of the area, Nanasi wins a corner.

22:44 – Barcola comes off (82nd)

Author of an excellent performance tonight, the PSG striker gives up his place to Mbaye.

22:42 – Donnarumma solid on his line (81st)

Moreira tries again with a shot from a tight angle but comes up against an imperious Donnarumma on his line. Still 3-1 in favor of Paris with less than 10 minutes to go in this game.

22:40 – Emegha on crutches (78th)

A sequence that was not exactly reassuring for the Strasbourg supporters with Emegha, who came off a few minutes earlier, on a crutch when he was about to join the bench.

22:37 – Superb return from Moreira (75’)

The Strasbourg player, who was behind Zaïre-Emery on the right wing, managed to come back to place a saving defensive tackle.

22:36 – Change for RCSA (74’)

Rosenior makes a change with the exit of Mwanga for the entrance of Lemarechal.

22:33 – Ruiz plays the shot badly (70’)

Found in depth, Ruiz hesitates and sees the Defense quickly come back to him. Lost ball.

22:32 – Yellow card for Sow (70’)

On a PSG counterattack, Sow annihilates this move with a trip on Doué. He thus receives Strasbourg's second yellow card this evening.

22:30 – Zaïre-Emery is offside! (68’)

After a strong cross from Zaïre-Emery, Sow sees the ball go into the goal after his intervention. An own goal cancelled on video for an offside position by Zaïre-Emery. We were very close to 4-1!

22:29 – Mayulu's exit (67’)

The young Parisian leaves the Parc des Princes to a standing ovation. The midfielder scored the first Parisian goal tonight.

A few minutes after seeing a potential penalty slip through his fingers, Barcola made it 3-1! He benefited from a sublime pass from Pacho between the lines.

22:23 – No penalty for Paris!

After signing a festival, the Parisian striker is destabilized in the area. The referee refuses the penalty after video analysis, changing his mind a few minutes after having designated the penalty spot.

22:22 – Yellow for Beraldo (60’)

The Parisian gets a yellow card. He will therefore be suspended for the match against Lens for accumulating warnings.

22:20 – Enrique's immediate reaction (58)

A few moments after Mara's goal, Enrique made a change with the exit of Asensio, who scored tonight, for Lee.

After a few minutes with Strasbourg in the lead, Mara punished a PSG team that had missed efficiency in front of goal a few minutes earlier. He benefited from a lax attitude from Pacho who was surprised on the clearance. Lack of rigor on this shot.

22:14 – Donnarumma tested by Moreira (52’)

On the left side, Moreira accelerates to overflow into the PSG area. He shoots at the end of the run and pushes Donnarumma to dive to clear.
