In a confidential letter dated November 1, of which The Canadian Press has obtained a copy, the national secretary of the PQ accuses Vincent Boulay of having transmitted confidential party information to a radio columnist.
The PQ National Executive Council also attributes several breaches to Mr. Boulay concerning the party's communications policy and even contravening several articles of the PQ's code of ethics, notably not his “communications on social networks.”
The letter gives Vincent Boulay until Monday evening, 9 p.m., the possibility of transmitting his point of view in writing to the PQ National Executive Council or orally during a “30-minute virtual meeting on November 3” at 10 a.m. or 2 p.m.
