The British company also informs its individual customers that the vast majority of its customer service calls will now be made via this process. She also specifies that these phone calls integrated into the application will soon be offered to professional customers of Revolut Business.

So if you get an unexpected call about your personal account from someone claiming to be from Revolut, hang up and verify their identity directly through the app.
He adds: “By speaking to someone through our app, customers can be 100% confident that they are trading with Revolut and not a fraudster.”

As a reminder, the British company, which has 50 million customers, including 4 million in France, is multiplying its initiatives at the start of the year. To name just one, the fintech has decided to allow its customers to access ETFs with zero commission fees. Among them, well-known names, such as the Vanguard S&P 500, iShares Dow Jones Global Titans 50 or Blackrock and Amundi MSCI Emerging Markets.
