Road accident on the RN 106 between Alès and Nîmes: traffic severely disrupted

Traffic on the RN 106 between Alès and Nîmes is currently disrupted this Monday, December 16th following an accident involving two vehicles.

Around 7 a.m. this Monday, December 16th, an accident occurred between a car and a van on the RN106, in the direction of Alès-Nîmes, in the Dions roundabout area.

The Gard firefighters are currently on site to provide assistance to those involved in the collision. The first report, at this time, states that there are two minor injuries.

Slowdowns expected

The intervention is having a major impact on traffic on the RN106 at this point according to the firefighters.

Motorists heading towards Nîmes may be able to leave the RN106 at La Calmette to reach the city via the Gajan road.
