They also broke into a house, in the presence of its inhabitants, in Sévérac-d’Aveyron. Facts that are “very disturbing”
After a meticulous investigation, the police managed to cross-check the elements, find the identity of the perpetrators, thanks to the identification of mobile phones, to clues left at the scene (a lost wallet, fingerprints, traffic tickets, etc.). One of them confessed to all the facts alleged, a second to only a few and the third completely denied his participation.
The presiding judge of the hearing, Blandine Arrial, emphasized“the inconsistencies in the story” of each. For the representative of the public prosecutor, these facts “are very disturbing”. The magistrate also mentioned the trauma felt by the residents of the house visited who found themselves face to face with the burglars, the nature of repeat offenses, for two of them.
Five-year ban from Aveyron territory
And the public prosecutor requested 30 months in prison for the one with the most criminal record and who admitted to all the facts, two years and eight months in prison for the one who denied these acts, with a clean record.
A committal warrant was also requested as well as a five-year ban from Aveyron territory.
The presiding judge followed the prosecutor's instructions. The three young men left under heavy escort to the Villeneuve-lès-Magelone remand center where they will serve their sentences.
