At the time, Bruno Moynot and Josiane Balasko were both 24 years old. They dated from 1974 to 1981. It was while managing a singer's show that the actor fell in love at first sight. Josiane Balasko, then friends with the guitarist, had come to watch the rehearsals. “She came, we hooked up, we became friends and that's it.” Bruno Moynot said.

According to him, their four/five-year relationship went well until they broke up. “We were good together.” he said. Both of them never confused private life and work. “We never wanted that to come into play… They were our personal affairs and as long as there was no discord within the troop, everyone lived as they wanted.” assured Bruno Moynot.
