Navette pour Loudes/Paris. The annual report of the public road shuttle service was presented. This shuttle, operated by Hugon Tourisme with an electric vehicle, allows you to go to Loudes (Haute-Loire) to take the plane to Paris. Three times a week, this allows you to make the round trip to the capital in the same day, arriving at 9 a.m. and leaving at 6 p.m. In 2023, 334 people were transported. The shuttle is financed by the Regions. It may stop en route to pick up passengers.

Connected campus. The Mende university branch of the University of Perpignan Via Domitia having been transferred to the experimental public institution Nîmes Université, the City of Mende is transferring the provision of 3 full-time equivalent positions to Nîmes Université. At the same time, a new partnership agreement for the Connected Campus system is being concluded with Nîmes Université.

Budget. An amending decision makes it possible to adjust expenditure and revenue on the main budget, as well as on the administrative city's annex budget.

Ticketing. The service provision contract with the tourist office, for the management of ticketing for the cultural season and the monitoring and insurance of exhibitions at the former consular house, is renewed.

Déclic Scheme. Implemented by the CIAS Cœur de Lozère, the Déclic scheme aims to introduce and promote sports and cultural practice for all children enrolled in CE1-CE2 classes. For 2023/2024, in Mende, this system has enabled the care of 67 children for a residual subsidy amount payable by the City of €11,800.
