After a successful doubles match (3-0 against Germans Dang Qiu and Benedikt Duda) with his brother Félix, Alexis Lebrun (14th) continued his momentum in singles, this Thursday, February 6, during the eighth-finals of the Grand Smash, by winning against Chinese Xue Fei (53rd) in five sets: 11-5, 11-9, 11-13, 6-11, 11-8.

For his first quarter-final of a Grand Smash, he will meet German Dang Qiu (9th), whom he has already faced in doubles this week.

Two French pairs in the doubles semi-final

The French will be doubly in the spotlight. In addition to the Lebrun brothers, the other French pair Esteban Dorr – Florian Bourrassaud (4th) also qualified for the semi-finals of the tournament.
