Six Nations Tournament: Major blow for the French XV in preparation for the match against Wales

The Blues' staff will have to do without two important players to prepare for the first match of the Six Nations Tournament against Wales on January 31.

The French team has recorded two withdrawals for the week of preparation for the first match of the 6 Nations tournament scheduled against Wales. In the morning, the staff of the French XV announced the withdrawal of Racing 92 second row Romain Taofifenua (34 years old, 53 caps) and his replacement by Lyonnais Mickaël Guillard (24 years old, 5 caps).

“Louis has a series of vertigos linked to inner ear disorders. I am not a doctor but I have already been confronted to that. He had loss of balance and no strength before the match”, explained Yannick Bru, the UBB manager, after Bordeaux's victory against the Sharks (66-12).
