Storm alert: which departments are affected and from what time ?

Météo-France places 15 departments on orange alert for thunderstorms this Saturday, July 20. The Ardennes, the Marne, the Haute-Marne, the Aube, the Yonne, the Côd'Or, the Nièvre, the Cher, the ;#39;Allier, Saône-et-Loire, Loire, Puy-de-Dôme, Rhône, Haute-Loire and Meuse are affected. s.
