A “shock”

“It's a real shock, the town is in mourning,” reacts on France Bleu Roussillon the mayor of Alenya, Jean-André Magdalou. “We have not experienced such an event in our recent history,” he laments. The couple, who have been living in this town for a few weeks, had “never made people talk about them”. “I know very well that there will be anger, legitimate indignation. I share it. But I trust the residents of the town to show a lot of restraint in their comments on social networks,” he defends.
