An important step has been taken by the Chevreul group, owner of Industrial Cutting (France Résille) and Citizz in Malzieu-Ville, on the route de Saugues. At the end of November, the sale of Citizz and its entire business to the Auvergne sign specialist, the Siel group, was finalized.

Initially developed on the Malzieu-Ville site alongside France Résille, Citizz designs and manufactures decorations, such as skylines in the image of cities around the world.

“Citizz, a brand with strong potential”

This activity will now be handled by Déborah Jost, president of the Siel group, and her teams based in Lempdes-sur-Allagnon, in Haute-Loire.

Florent Chevreul, president of the Chevreul group, explained this transmission: “Citizz is a company and a brand with strong potential, but it is moving away from our core business, which is focused on building solutions. By passing the torch to Siel, a trusted partner, we are convinced that it will benefit from the attention and resources needed to accelerate its development.”

Exceptional projects carried out in Malzieu-Ville

For the Malzieu-Ville site, this sale will allow us to focus on the Industrial Cutting activity. Florent Chevreul explains: “Through its France Résille and Kolibry brands, our Malzieu teams carry out exceptional projects. Our latest references demonstrate this: Futuroscope, Halles de Béziers, Phytocontrol laboratory, Labosud laboratory and CCI du Gard… It is this know-how that we have chosen to focus on. The skylines of Citizz, including that of Malzieu-Ville, will remain available for sale via the Citizz website… Now with the signature “Made in Auvergne”.”
