Golf de Massane: justice decides

#HERAULT – The work on the new practice course at the Massane golf course (Baillargues) does not comply with the Urban Planning Code. This is the decision made on Thursday, January 23, 2025 by the Montpellier administrative court. The Métropole had validated, by deliberation, the modification of the local urban planning plan to build its practice course in a natural area. “The said golf course, access to which is limited and subject to a fee, does not provide a service of general interest and does not constitute a collective facility within the meaning of the Urban Planning Code”, the judgment states. The existence of the developments of the practice area opened in September is now weakened.

A dome will top the former chapel of Hoche University

#NÎMES –When the project to develop the Hoche university site in Nîmes came up, architect Jean-Luc Lauriol wanted to restore the dome: “We are returning to the logic of the building as it was built in the 19th century.”
Prefabricated on the university site with wood and a zinc roof, this dome, which will top the 183 square meter chapel, will be erected on Monday, February 24, 2025, “if there is not too much wind and rain”, the architect specifies. The spectacular operation requires a huge crane. For this new stage in the development, the university announces science and practical work rooms to accommodate students, by the end of 2025, over more than 2,000 square meters.

Hikers attacked by a wild boar

Finally, they manage to call for help. Léa comes out with 12 stitches in her shin. As for Jeremy, he was injured in the femoral artery. “We're going to have psychological follow-up and we're going to file a complaint.” Because according to the couple, the hunt was not indicated where he was.
