The new location of the Innovie Bioaxiome laboratory inaugurated at Carré Saint-Dominique in Nîmes

Le laboratoire Innovie Bioaxiome a été inauguré au Carré Saint-Dominique le 29 janvier en soirée.

Since its acquisition in November 2023 of the Chemin Bas Carré Saint-Dominique shopping center, the Odil real estate company has wanted to strengthen the local retail offering in this location. Formerly occupied by a butcher's shop, premises have been found for the Inovie Bioaxiome laboratory which “thus strengthens its visibility thanks to a larger window and a strategic location alongside the shopping center's pharmacy. The offering is thus strengthened” according to the real estate company.

Thus, on Wednesday 29 January, early in the evening, the first deputy mayor Julien Plantier, president of the Sat, and the partners of the Odil property company (subsidiary of the Sat), in the presence of the deputy delegate for health Dolores Orlay-Moureau and the director of the SPL Agate Bertrand Pelain, were able to measure the progress made during the inauguration of the new laboratory setting.

“The laboratory transfer project was able to see the light of day following numerous, always very positive discussions with the Odil property company”, recalled Christian Hoyet, general manager of the Innovie Bioaxiome laboratory. “The installation of the laboratory, following several months of work undertaken, demonstrates the resolute commitment of the Odil property company and its partners to the development of local commerce in Nîmes”, added elected official Julien Plantier.

An arrival that fits perfectly into the plan to revitalize priority neighborhoods in the city such as Chemin Bas d’Avignon.

Other future locations

Odil's team does not intend to stop there. Indeed, it announces around ten acquisition operations in progress. In priority neighborhoods, we are thinking of the Kennedy Sud operation in Pissevin (construction of eight commercial premises as part of an investment of €2.4 million with delivery scheduled for the end of 2026).

In the old city center, the property company announces the upcoming acquisition of the former restaurant “Le W” in the square de la Couronne for the upcoming opening of an establishment run by Guillaume Vié.
