Since Friday, December 6, 2024, Fiat 500 models and an Abarth model have been recalled throughout France due to fire risk.
As indicated on the government website Consumer Recalland the European site Rapex, several Fiat 500 models have been recalled since Friday
Manufacturing defect that could lead to fire
Some of these cars could be a danger to their users due to a manufacturing defect. The Rappel Conso website specifies that a clamp or nut in the battery could “not be firmly tightened”.

Any motorist in possession of one of these vehicles is strongly advised to “contact the dealer”, according to Consumer Recall.
Sold until January 24, 2024, another model, from the manufacturer Abarth, is the subject of a recall: e3*2018/858*00001*10*00.
