This French mobile operator is the worst rated according to its own customers

Spread the love

France has many operators for mobile plans. But one of them seems less appreciated than the others by its own subscribers.

If you are reading this article on your smartphone, there is a good chance that you have a mobile plan. This contract, which allows you to benefit from all sorts of features for our smartphones, is now offered by many different brands. In France, the biggest names are known to all: SFR, Bouygues Telecom, Free, Orange… So many operators who are multiplying their call offers to find new customers ready to subscribe to mobile plans.

However, these operators are not necessarily always appreciated. Who has never complained on Orange rates, SFR price increases, Bouygues Telecom customer service or Free network coverage? Each operator has its qualities as well as its faults.

On the Trustpilot site, it is possible to rate the services multiple services and in particular mobile operators. The site is full of opinions from dissatisfied or satisfied customers of each operator, ranging from the best known, like the four we mentioned above, to the smallest like NRJ Mobile or La Poste Mobile.

By comparing the largest mobile operators operating in France with their number of reviews (positive or negative), it is possible to check which operator is the least appreciated by its own customers. And with 17,000 reviews and a score of 2.6/5, Free is the operator that does best. Customers generally criticize in comments a network coverage that seems to poorly serve certain municipalities.

Then we find SFR with 16,000 reviews and a score of 1.4/5. The operator is under fire from many comments that mention unwanted calls despite cancellation, as well as price increases. Finally, we find Orange with a score of 1.2/5 but much fewer testimonials since there are only 8,000 to have expressed their opinion on the operator.

The lowest rated operator is therefore Bouygues Telecom which receives a score of 1.1/5 with a total of 9000 reviews collected on the site. The majority of testimonials highlight inefficient customer service as well as network problems.

Of course, these opinions should be taken with a pinch of salt. Internet users are much more likely to leave reviews when they are victims of a bad situation or treatment from a brand. Thus, customers satisfied with Bouygues Telecom are certainly very numerous, but they do not take the time to leave a positive review.
