Indeed, seven regions have decided to increase one of their taxes, on the fiscal horsepower (CV) in January or February. In the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, it goes from €51.20 to €59 and in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, from €45 to €53.
The other increase concerns gas boilers due to an increase in VAT.
The 5.5% VAT on very high energy performance (THPE) gas boilers and their installation, increases to 10% this year.
