Des collisions west of the City of Ottawa caused the deaths of two people on Saturday.
In First, the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Renfrew County are investigating a snowmobile accident that left one person dead and one injured.
The fatal collision occurred on an Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs trail in McNab-Braeside Township.
Police and paramedics responded to the call around 4 p.m. Saturday.
The person driving the snowmobile, aged 29, was pronounced dead at the scene of the collision.

A 33-year-old passenger year-old was also seriously injured in the collision. She was airlifted to hospital.
A little later on Saturday, a woman d'Ottawa lost his life in a collision on Highway 17 near Pembroke around 8 p.m.
The 29-year-old victim was a passenger in a sport utility vehicle that struck a stationary transport truck.
According to the OPP, the two other people in the vehicle were not injured. The driver of the truck was not injured either.
Police continue their investigation into the circumstances of the tragedy.
