“The new ASBH governance intends first of all to express its support for the victim. It also wants to express its dismay at the unacceptable behavior of one of its players, recently convicted, which tarnishes the image of an entire club, whose values and history are foreign to any violence”, writes the club's management.

This press release responds to the 18-month suspended prison sentence of second row Hans Nkinsi, this Monday, December 16, for repeat domestic violence. A previous suspended sentence of 10 months in prison was revoked to the tune of six months and will be adjusted by the sentencing judge.

“Defend the club's best interests”

“It is now up to the ASBH leaders to decide how they wish to respond to these facts, with all the necessary rigor. In full agreement with the sports manager, a decision will be made by the end of the week, with the sole aim of defending the club's best interests, while remaining respectful of everyone's rights”, concluded the ASBH.

The Biterrois are traveling, this Friday, December 20 in Mont-de-Marsan as part of the 15th day of the Pro D2 championship.
