The influencer expelled and turned away from Algeria !

#MONTPELLIER – Double twist in the case of Algerian influencer “Doualemn”, based in Montpellier, deported and returned to France on the same day! On Thursday, he flew to Algiers while he had been in the administrative detention center (CRA) in Nîmes since Tuesday. He had been arrested on Sunday, following reports from the mayor of Montpellier and the prefect of Hérault. On TikTok, where he has 183,000 subscribers, he had made violent remarks against an opponent of the Algerian regime. This earned him police custody and a summons to court on February 24 for incitement to commit an offense or a crime. The Ministry of the Interior then withdrew his residence permit, making him deportable. He was deported on Thursday, but the Algerian authorities, despite his valid biometric passport, refused him access. He was sent back to France in the evening… and placed in the CRA again. The Paris administrative court, seized by the lawyers of “Doualemn”, must study by Saturday, in summary proceedings, the validity of the expulsion orders.

He attacks his employee

#MENDE – This Thursday, January 9, the criminal court tried an 83-year-old man for sexually assaulting an ADMR employee in the absence of the two main parties concerned. The facts date back to August 3, 2022. An ADMR employee went to the defendant's home to clean. In the absence of his wife, the man was very enterprising. The victim tries to get out of the grip, but does not dare to push him for fear that he will fall. The physical autonomy of the defendant, precisely, was at the heart of the debates during the hearing. In accordance with the requisitions, he was sentenced to a one-year prison sentence entirely suspended and a fine of €3,000.
