Pour aider les agriculteurs du Gard face aux sinistres climatiques, l’État annonce des dégrèvements. La vigne et les arbres fruitiers sont concernés par cette mesure.
200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000The State wants to help farmers who were victims of climate disasters last year. To take into account the losses incurred, the Gard Departmental Directorate of Public Finances (DDFIP) has announced “property tax relief on undeveloped land” for the owners concerned, who will be informed of the amount obtained in the coming days.
The DDFIP indicates that “loss rates were determined after an investigation based on feedback from agricultural organizations”. For vines, rates varying between 25% and 65% in 150 municipalities were retained. Concerning fruit trees, rates of 40 to 56% in 47 municipalities were taken into account.
These tax breaks “were issued without any particular action by the farmers concerned who do not have to file a loss declaration”, explains the Departmental Directorate. The tax break will be automatically reimbursed for owners who pay monthly or are debited on the due date. “For those who have not made any payment, only the difference between the amount of the property tax and the tax break will be payable”, adds the DDFIP. They “will have to pass on the tax relief to their farmers who can contact their town halls to find out the amount”, she specifies.
