« Une hausse contenue du prix de l’eau » prévient le président d’Alès Agglo, Christophe Rivenq Midi Libre – A. B.

Les délibérations concernant la santé et de gestion de l’eau ont été votées sans coup férir par les élus communautaires.

There was a lot of talk about water and health this Wednesday evening, during the last Agglo council of the year.

200% Deposit Bonus up to €3,000 180% First Deposit Bonus up to $20,000

But before getting to the heart of the debate, a minute of silence was observed by community representatives in honor of the victims of Cyclone Chido which devastated the Mayotte archipelago

The president of Alès Agglo, Christophe Rivenq, also announced the payment of €20,500 to the food bank that was the victim of an arson attack at the end of November.

Like many health establishments, the Alès hospital is running a serious deficit. In this respect, the exceptional subsidy of just over €3 million (nearly a third of the debt) validated by the Regional Health Agency (ARS) will allow us to “straighten things up a bit”, says the president of the agglomeration.

A scanner in Ponteils

For the other healthcare facility in the area, the Ponteils hospital, “the file for the installation of a scanner by this summer has been validated. A new doctor has also been recruited, he will be on site in addition to the doctors who are resuming advanced consultations. These are the doctors from Alès who are rotating in Ponteils”, rejoices Patrick Malavieille, elected grand combien.

A rise in the price of water

The inhabitants of the agglomeration will see their water bill increase. “It's not a light-hearted thing, says Christophe Rivenq. But it's a measure that's being imposed on us. Especially the Water Agency. And I'm afraid it's not over, even if with our company, the prices are in line with the national average. Considering the TV, internet and telephone budget, the increase is contained.”

The monthly increase is around €7 for a family of four consuming 120 m3.
