What is the list of associations in Sète receiving the most money from the town hall ?

La mairie de Sète a validé lors du dernier conseil municipal les aides apportées aux organismes et associations de la ville.

As required by a 2000 law on the financial transparency of aid granted by public persons, the municipal council of Sète reported, at the last municipal council, the list of organizations and associations receiving more than €23,000.

25 structures concerned

This list includes twenty-five structures. In first place is Escale à Sète. The festival of maritime traditions has been allocated the sum of €302,000 for 2025. Next come the Musée international des arts modests and the SC Sète with €250,000. Fourth place is occupied by the social works committee with €224,000.

Fiest'A and Jazz à Sète at the same level

The other three positions are taken by sports clubs with Sète natation (€154,000), Rugby-club (€120,000) and Arago (€104,000). We then go below the six-figure mark for Jazz à Sète and Fiest’A Sète (€81,000), Worldwide (€74,000). For 2025, the cinema will be able to rely on aid of €58,000, Voix Vives €56,000, and the seniors’ club €54,000. Seta Sound System (concert organizer) will receive a grant of €52,000.

€24,000 for football at La Pointe

The gymnastics club at Salle Vincent-Ferrari will receive €50,000, as will M28, the structure of Montpellier’s bid for capital of culture. €40,000 is the sum earmarked for K-Live and Unæenime Collective (the Dancing). We then move on to an envelope of €26,500 for Voile Fun Sète and the Cercle de voile. The boxing association (in particular) Xplosif7 will have €26,000 in 2025, that of In the Mood for films (Creatvty festival) €25,000 and, finally, that of the Pointe-Courte football club, €24,000.
