The Winnipeg Police Service has arrested a man in connection with the murder of four people following a shooting on Langside Street on Sunday.
Jamie Randy Felix, aged 32, was arrested on Fernwood Avenue in the south of the Manitoba capital on Friday at 6:30 a.m. by police teams and a tactical unit.
