We didn't necessarily expect it, but Microsoft is unveiling its Support Virtual Agent, a function powered by AI, designed to help Xbox gamers more effectively resolve their gaming issues.” The latter can quickly access the information available on the support.xbox.com platform to answer Xbox console questions and in-game support issues.
Starting now, users will see this new Xbox chatbot on the Contact Us page on support.xbox.com. For the player, all they have to do is log in with the same account that they registered with the Xbox Insider program, and they will then see a new option to ask a question to this new virtual support agent.
You can ask the agent your questions via text or voice. If the agent is unable to resolve the issue, you can then request to speak to a live support agent, provided of course that it is during regular Xbox Support hours.

After each interaction with the Xbox Support Virtual Agent, players are prompted to provide feedback by clicking on the buttons ” thumbs up ” or ” thumbs down » under each of the answers or directly by clicking on the button « Give your opinion » at the bottom from page.
Currently, this chatbot will handle online support requests, but multiple sources indicate that this is actually part of a larger effort within the American company to soon introduce AI functions directly into the Xbox interface. Microsoft also plans to enhance its Xbox dashboard with natural language search, powered by AI.
It should be noted that this AI is only available to members of the Insider program, and only players located in the United States can start testing the virtual support agent today. So be patient.
