Last March, Zerator confirmed that its ZEvent would be held in 2024. Indeed, the last edition of ZEvent, in the fall of 2022, raised more than 10 million euros, donated to the associations Sea Shepherd, LPO, WWF, Time For The Planet and The SeaCleaners. After a well-deserved break in 2023 (the event was launched in 2016 for the first time), the famous charity stream is well and truly back in 2024!

Last month, as part of a special stream on its Twitch channel, Zerator had therefore made the dates of the new ZEvent official. For fans of the concept, you should therefore prepare the thermos of coffee as of today, September 6, the launch date of ZEvent 2024, which will continue until Sunday, September 8. The event is being held at the Zénith in Montpellier, and will of course be broadcast on Twitch.

For this new edition, we are obviously keeping the same purpose, namely to collect donations for various associations, but the formula is being reworked. ZEvent 2024 will see no less than 36 streamers on site, including Antoine Daniel, Joueur du Grenier, Mynthos, MisterMV, Ultia, Tonton and Samuel Etienne, not to mention the presence of more than 100 streamers online.
The charity event got off to a flying start this Thursday evening with a concert that took place at the Zénith in Montpellier, bringing together various artists on stage.

Until Sunday, for more than 50 hours, all participants will broadcast live content together and encourage viewers to mobilize to support a common cause. In 2024, among the associations involved in ZEvent 2024, we find Bureaux du Coeur, Solidarité Paysans, Secours Populaire, Chapitre 2 and Cop1.
Remember that in 2022, as in 2021, ZEvent managed to pass the threshold of 10 million euros in donations from Internet users. As mentioned above, ZEvent 2024 allows 100 streamers to participate remotely in the event this year. The organizers were keen to point out that no special privileges or invitations were issued, and the list includes the 100 streams that had the most hours viewed over the last 365 days. “Next year, we hope to open it to everyone without limits!” indicate the organizers of ZEvent.
