Apple ends this feature a year after its launch

Announced in great fanfare at WWDC 2022, the "Apple Pay Later" will soon be deactivated by the Cupertino company.

A few days ago, Apple announced; a new possibility for Apple Pay users. The latter will allow consumers to make several credits at any time. from their payment cards and their Apple device. This new application will therefore replace Apple Pay Later. The Cupertino company spoke out about on the subject from the 9to5Mac site: "later in the year, users from different countries will be able to take out loans through their credit cards when they use Apple Pay. With the arrival of this new offer, we will soon no longer offer the solution Apple Pay Later in the United States."

Users who have an additional payment already have this option. customers in progress with Apple Pay Later will obviously not see their purchases canceled. The Apple Pay Later offer will end as soon as payments in several installments contracted will be completed and settled.
