A man was injured during an armed attack which took place x27;is produced Thursday on Avenue Bossé in Montmagny, in Chaudière-Appalaches. The event could be linked to other crimes committed in recent weeks involving the underworld.

The assault occurred shortly before 7 p.m. on Thursday.

The victim, a man, had to be transported to hospital for treatment of injuries, although his life is not believed to be in danger. He was released from the hospital in the evening.

The assailant did not& #x27;was not arrested by the police. According to the Sûreté du Québec, elements suggest that there could be a link between this event and other violent crimes committed in recent weeks suspected of being linked to the crime organized.

Witnesses will be questioned by the police in this case.
