Cornwall police have arrested a 29-year-old man, Ronald “Sammy” Payne, following a shooting on September 16 in the area of ​​Vincent Massey Drive. The man was charged with first-degree murder.

The police went to a reception establishment on the night of September 16 to 17. There she found a 37-year-old man from Cornwall suffering from a gunshot wound. He later died of his injuries in hospital.
