• Roland-Garros 2024 has started this Monday, May 20 with the first round of qualifying. The main round will start from his side. Sunday May 26 while the draw will take place Thursday evening. 
• Maxime Janvier directed the sensation of the day by eliminating the Australian James Duckworth, seeded number 3 in the qualifications, in two sets 6-3 , 6-1 while Jules Marie was é released by his compatriot Titouan Droguet. Among other results, the Argentinian Diego Schwartzmann passed the World Cup. just like Grégoire Barrè, Hugo Grenier or even Quentin Halys. The Frenchçaises Leolia Jeanjean and Alice Tubello also passed.

The Frenchwoman won the race the first round against Lina Gjorcheska on Suzanne-Lenglen. 6-2 in less than 40 minutes.

15:52 – Grenier joins the 2nd round

Qualification of Hugo Grenier who advances to the second round. The Frenchman was é hooked by the American Tristan Boyer, but won in three sets, 6-4, 3-6, 7-6.

15:04 – Quentin Halys passes

Frenchman Quentin Halys qualified for the second round of qualifying at Roland Garros by disposing of the Canadian Galarneau despite being defeated. a difficult first set, victory 7-5, 6-3 in a fiery Suzanne Lenglen court.

14:46 – Grenier loses the 2nd set

The Frenchman lost his footing in the second set, making a series of mistakes, 6-3 for the American Boyer .

14:27 – Halys wins the first set

What a comeback from Quentin Halys ! Mené 5-4 in the first set, the Frenchman completely overthrew his opponents. the trend to finally win 7-5 after another direct error from his opponent, the Canadian Alexis Galarneau.

14:20 – Jeffrey John Wolf qualified

The American, seed number 2 in qualifying, struggled, but came out on top in three sets against the rest of the team. Ryan Peniston 6-1, 6-7, 6-2.

13:53 – The first set for Hugo Grenier

The French çais takes the first set against à American Tristan Boyer with a score of 6-3.

13:50 – Clement Chidekh balayé

The Frenchman was é drying &eliminatedé by the Belgian Berg (who had lost in three sets against Nadal & Rome) in two sets, 6-1, 6-1.

Top seed number 10 in Roland-Garros qualifying, Gr&goire Barrère is qualified; for the second round after his 6-3, 6-1 victory against Theo Papamalamis.

1:35 p.m. – Mathys Erhard éeliminatedé

The Frenchçais Mathys Erhard wasé beaten in the first round of Roland-Garros qualifying by the Japanese Yasutaka Uchiyama 6-4, 2-6, 7-5.

13:25 – Kaia Kanepi &eliminated&eliminated

Estonian veteran Kaia Kanepi was é oacute; Eliminated in the first round of Roland-Garros qualifying, she who has already won été quarter-finalist.

13:11 – Barrère rolls out

Gregoire Barrère rolls in his first round and leads 6-3, 1-0 against his compatriot Papamalamis.

13:07 – Alice Tubello qualified

Beautiful comeback from Alice Tubello, led 1 set 0 and close to losing in two sets who finally overthrew the match. the trend to win in three sets against &agrav; Yang Ya-yi, 5-7, 7-6, 6-1.

The overloaded calendar does not change the dates of Roland-Garros which takes place from May 20, 2024 with the start of qualifying to Sunday June 9, 2024, the day of the men's final.

If the ticketing system remains as in previous years, tickets will now be 100% digital. . There will be three phases. The first tickets will be sold to club presidents then to licensees of the French Federationç tennis court, before the opening of the ticket office to the general public on Wednesday March 13 & 10am. You need to pay at least 39 € for access to the side courts during the main tournament, and 50 € minimum to have a place in the stands of the Philippe Chatrier court. Resales of places are also planned at the end of the year. as the tournament approaches and during the fortnight.  

The overall allocation for Roland-Garros 2024 has been increased. unveiled on April 25, 2024. In 2024, the overall allocation is up 7.8% compared to the previous year. last year, and rose to a new level. 53.478 million euros according to the press release of Roland-Garros. 

Broadcasters of Roland Garros in 2024,  France TV and Amazon Prime (s'subscribe & ;agrav; Amazon Prime Video) have renewed their contract until 2027. France Tétévisions will broadcast in full daytime matches whileAmazon Prime will broadcast the 11 night sessions from the first Sunday to the last Wednesday of the tournament. Unlike &agrav; Last year, Amazon Prime will no longer have the exclusivity matches on the Simonne Matthieu.  The two media managed to reach an agreement. They will co-broadcast the semi-finals of the ladies' and gentlemen's singles draws, the ladies' and gentlemen's doubles and the mixed doubles final.
